Policy Deployment course is a model to drive a strategic plan through the incorporation of the Voice of the Customer (VOC) throughout the organisation and in particular, to where the actual work is done. This is part of our continuous improvement range of courses.

Anyone who wants to improve how they think and learn. There are no entry requirements.

What happens if I don’t pass? 

If you don’t pass, we give you your money back. You may attempt the test three times at no extra cost. If you do not achieve the 80% pass mark, further attempts may be given by contacting our support team.

Course Topics

By the end of this course you will:

• Know what Policy Deployment is and why it’s important
• Be able to describe the component parts of the Policy Deployment Pyramid
• Be able to allocate objectives within your business
• Know how to convert objectives into action plans
• Be able to describe techniques to communicate information and results

Test and certificate    

The end of course test consists of 10 multiple-choice questions. Learners are required to achieve an 80% pass mark. You’ll be able to download a digital certificate on completion. This can be printed, and we suggest you keep it for your records.
