A3 Thinking Course

The A3 Thinking Course is a great way to introduce people to the concept of A3 Thinking. You will understand that the first use of the A3 as a tool is to standardise a methodology to respond to problems. Additionally, A3 Thinking encourages root cause analysis, reveals processes, and represents goals and actions in a format that triggers conversation and learning.

How long will this course take me? 

Roughly 1 -2 hours. But you don’t have to do it all in one go.

Test and certificate    

The end of course test consists of 10 multiple-choice questions. Learners are required to achieve an 80% pass mark. You’ll be able to download a digital certificate on completion. This can be printed, and we suggest you keep it for your records.
