Overview of Marston’s Brewery Case Study
Marston’s Brewery, part of the Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company Group, contacted us intending to train 40 of their managers on the IOSH Managing Safely online course.
This fully accredited IOSH Managing Safely course provides all people in positions of responsibility with the skills and knowledge of identifying, evaluating, and controlling workplace risks. It’s aimed at anyone with responsibility for other employees including team leaders, supervisors, and managers.
The Programme
Intellelearn supplied the courses to train 40 managers and the results have been excellent! Within the first six weeks, nine managers have completed their fully accredited course. All nine learners have completed a review and have provided a five-star evaluation!
Summary
